Peaches are naturally low in fat, free of saturated fat, cholesterol-free, sodium-free, and a good source of vitamin C.
How to Select
When selecting fresh peaches, choose peaches with firm, fuzzy skins that yield to gentle pressure. Those are the ripest!
How to Store
Peaches are best stored in a paper bag when under-ripe. When ripe, store at room temperature for 1-2 days.
