A few weeks ago, we shared a holiday wish list of 145 gifts picked out by our JFCS Guardianship Services clients. Many of these clients have little to no contact with family due to abuse or neglect. Their finances are often limited to necessities such as living expenses, food, and medical care. We wanted to be able to provide them with some much-wanted items this holiday season that they would not have been able to purchase on their own.
Thank you to all who responded to help these vulnerable adults, including Edgar Snyder who generously purchased half the gifts on the list!
Our Guardianship staff already delivered many of the gifts and are continuing to deliver them this week. From art kits to Steelers gear to bedding to tablets, you helped bring some extra joy into our clients’ lives this holiday season!
