Kickstart Your Motivation – Session 1

A six week educational and discussion group that will meet the needs of individuals who are struggling with motivation as it relates to their job search and job retention. Clients will learn to adopt a more active role in their job search and current career, becoming empowered to identify their motivational fuse, learning techniques to overcome motivational distress and disengagement, and increasing their understanding of the value of establishing both short and long-term goals. A new topic will be presented each week, building on prior sessions, but providing stand-alone information so that any job seeker can join at any time. This group will help anyone who has faced persistent barriers to both obtaining and maintaining employment.
