Supporting Our New Neighbors: Helping Refugees Build a Strong Start Through Employment

Our experienced staff help newly arrived refugees navigate American workforce expectations, find suitable employment opportunities, gain skills to move up the employment ladder, and achieve financial stability.

As trusted leader and provider with both state and federal employment contracts, we help newly arrived refugees take their first steps toward self-sufficiency through meaningful work. Our team works closely with individuals to understand their strengths, address any barriers, and connect them with jobs that offer upward mobility and opportunity. Through partnerships with local employers and community organizations, we’re not only supporting refugee success—we’re helping to build a stronger, more inclusive workforce for our region.
