Red Cards 

Red Cards / Tarjetas Rojas from the Immigration Legal Resource Center can help non-citizens communicate and understand their rights in various situations, such as an ICE visit to your home. You can download the cards to your phone or print them to carry with you.

What to document: 

  • Where the raid happened 
  • Date and time 
  • Number of agents present 
  • Type of vehicle used 
  • Agents’ attire 
  • How the agents identified themselves

Contact your elected officials: Advocate for fair immigration policies by sharing your views with lawmakers. Whether you call, email, or meet in person, your voice plays an important role in influencing policy decisions. Find your elected officials at usa.gov
