Jewish Family & Children's Service of Pittsburgh

The One Constant We All Face Is Change.

It has been said that change is the only constant.

All of us will experience changes, both large and small, in our lives. We grow up. We navigate the many challenges and changes of adolescence. We may marry and have children. We may struggle with relationship issues or parenting. We age. We struggle with the challenges associated with aging and loss.

Along the way, we may encounter unexpected and unwelcome change, or crises, like depression, anxiety or other mental health issues, unemployment, infertility, hunger or homelessness. We are confronted with changes daily—whether we are "ready or not," leaving many of us feeling overwhelmed, confused or uncertain.

And that's why we're here.

The professional staff at JF&CS is dedicated to helping you successfully cope with lifecycle transitions and crises. We help thousands of people every year, offering services within an environment of caring and respect for human dignity, privacy and diversity.
