November CLE Event: Green Card Renewals

Every year approximately 500 refugees are resettled in Pittsburgh from countries like Burma, Bhutan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, and others. They are eligible and encouraged to apply for permanent resident status after one year in the US. Most come to the JFCS for legal representation to do so.

With the partnership and support of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, we will host a free CLE event to help non-immigration lawyers learn more about the refugee adjustment of status.

This program will teach attorneys about U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and how to complete an I-90 form (an application to replace a Green Card).
