Meet Our Staff

Fiscal

Cindy Paganico

Chief Financial Officer

Cindy Paganico is responsible for the overall operation of the Fiscal Department, including supervising staff, financial planning, budgeting, billing, human resources, quality control and reporting to outside auditors and the Board of Directors. Cindy, along with the fiscal staff, also has sole responsibility for the fiscal reporting of two other community agencies, Jewish Residential Services and Jewish Family Assistance Fund.

Cindy came to JF&CS with years of experience in the corporate world. She served in a variety of capacities relating to both internal and external auditing and financial operation for a major construction firm.

Cindy earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from West Virginia University and has done post graduate work at LaRoche College.

Susan Kohser

Billing/Fiscal Administrator

Susan Kohser has more than 27 years of accounting and insurance experience. She is responsible for a wide array of third-party and client billing functions. Along with completing and submitting insurance forms, insurance authorizations and client financial intake, she is responsible for general accounting duties and data entry. In an ever-changing insurance industry, she participates in training and development and must undergo continuous education in order to provide the agency and its clients with effective, efficient and professional services.

Susan has been instrumental in the development and testing of the agency's proprietary billing system, Unicentric. She holds a BSBA in accounting from Robert Morris University.

Alliene Lees

Payroll/Fiscal Administrator

Alliene Lees is responsible for accounting functions including accounts payable and payroll for JF&CS and for another Jewish communal organization for which the JF&CS fiscal department provides service. Her duties include preparing request for payment forms and employee expense requests, processing checks, maintaining vendor files, employee info for payroll, payroll files and taxes.

Marcia Siegel

Fiscal Operations Administrator

Marcia Siegel is responsible for myriad accounting functions for JF&CS, and for two other Jewish communal agencies for which the JF&CS fiscal department provides service. Her duties include accounts receivable, preparing and processing cash receipts, bank deposits, and bank reconciliations. She is also responsible for the administration of employee benefits including medical, life and disability insurance; professional and general liability insurance; workers compensation; Cobra benefits and the tracking of employee vacation, medical, and conference leave. Marcia also assists the controller in budgeting and billing agency contracts and grants.
