Upcoming Living & Learning sessions to be held at Temple David

Living & Learning, a new service of Squirrel Hill Psychological Services, will present two exciting new programs in November and December, to be held at Temple David in Monroeville, located at 4415 Northern Pike.

The upcoming programs are discussion-based and led by the professional staff of Squirrel Hill Psychological Services. They will focus on aging, parenting and family dynamics.

“We are looking forward to offering the new Living & Learning programs and providing more of our services beyond Squirrel Hill and in the surrounding communities,” said Jordan Golin, Director of Squirrel Hill Psychological Services. “We’re thrilled to partner with Temple David in offering discussion-based programs to help individuals and families address complicated life issues that many of us struggle with.”

Burn Out, Stress and Resilience

Presenter: Wendy Levin-Shaw, Psychotherapist
Attendees will discuss self-care, stress reduction and life/work balance with a licensed psychotherapist from Squirrel Hill Psychological Services.

Cognitive Enhancement
Friday, December 13th, 2013

Presenter: Ellie Bruner, Memory Training Program Coordinator
Attendees will discuss what to do to keep the aging brain healthy and active and will learn about available resources in the community.
