A group of friends called “Operation Roaring Stallyinz”, who were angered by the government shutdown came together to receive food and monetary donations. Once they had the monetary donations, they went to Aldi to pick up some more food! This was a really amazing batch of donations with gluten-free pasta, oil, cereal, laundry detergent, baby items, and more! They really looked at our “Most-Needed Items” list and even called once more to ask what we were in need of at that moment. They even are prepared to do this again if the government shuts down on the 15th.
