GPCFB Network Conference
On Friday, Matthew and Stacie from the JFCS Squirrel Hill Food Pantry attended the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank (GPCFB) Network Conference. This year’s theme was all about connecting with one another – so it was great to network with other pantries in the city (and beyond) and talk about how each pantry is unique. We were also able to attend workshops which included topics like client feedback, SNAP legislation and the benefits of the program, issues surrounding the opioid epidemic, and more. Thanks to the GPCFB for hosting and making it possible to connect with one another!
