Kids ages 7-11 can join us for an art-based group where we will explore ways art making can help foster relaxation, focus and attention, playfulness, imagination, help develop insight, connect us more deeply to our bodies, emotions, thoughts, and world views. Bring any basic art supplies, drawing tools, and curiosity you can find! (examples of materials: crayons, markers, colored pencils, gel pens, pastels, pencils, paper, paint, play dough, model magic, magazines, newspaper, found objects, glue, etc).
