JFCS Refugee Exposure to the Arts Day

Come have fun and create visual art, crafts, and music with refugee families from Syria, Iraq, Congo, Afghanistan, and Colombia! Approximately 100 refugee clients of JFCS will be in attendance, and over 30 JFCS volunteers are signed up already to support the event as an activity leader or driver.

Volunteers will lead interactive stations based on visual art, music, and crafting for the families and children. Food, drink, and live music will be provided, and any artists are welcome to lead their own activity! Examples include instrument and jewelry making, tie-dying, and even glass blowing thanks to the Pittsburgh Glass Center! Contact Andrew to sign up (information below).
