Caregiver Forum at Temple David

Most people gradually slide into the role of helping their aging loved ones without seeing themselves as caregivers. But if you make meals, assist with personal care, drive someone around, or even check on somebody on a regular basis, you are a caregiver. And if you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed with the needs of your loved one, or just need a little support, we want to help.
AgeWell Pittsburgh, a collaborative program of JFCS, the JCC, and the JAA, is partnering with Temple David for a discussion and resource session for caregivers. Whether you need services for yourself or your loved one, or just a nurturing place to talk, join AgeWell Pittsburgh staff and Rabbi Symons.
