Career Development Support Group – Overcoming Job Loss

This presentation brings to light the emotions we experience resulting from a change, such as loss of a job, and helpful techniques and coping mechanisms to lessen the impact and allow participants to more easily transition into a healthy job search process. Participants should experience a sense of normalcy in realizing they are not alone in the need to look for a new job, nor are they alone in the emotions they are experiencing right now.
